RETURN POLICY

A. Right of Return

Introduction

Consumers have the right to return items as per the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of Return

You have the right to return items purchased from us within thirty days without providing any reason.

The return period is thirty days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us via email at support@alfakhervape.com through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) of your decision to return the items. You may use the attached model return form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of return before the return period has expired.

Consequences of Return

If you return items from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the returned items. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the items back or you have provided proof that you have returned the items, whichever is earlier.

You must return the items to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you communicate your return to us. The deadline is met if you send the items before the period of thirty days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the items.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
